Who We Are
The Rolla Regional Economic Commission (RREC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated exclusively to the development of Phelps County, Mo.
The RREC Board is comprised of major stakeholders in Phelps County. RREC is funded by a combination of public and private investments.
