Quality Jobs
Missouri Quality Jobs Program permits eligible businesses to retain state withholding taxes resulting from new jobs and to obtain state corporate tax credits, which are refundable and/or sellable. The program benefits are based on a percentage of the payroll of the new jobs. Program benefits are not provided until the minimum new job threshold is met and the company meets wage and health insurance requirements.

Chapter 100 Bond Financing – subject to council approval Industrial Revenue Bond financing available for qualifying projects, including Chapter 100 and/or Chapter 349 Industrial Development Corporation bonds. Revenue bonds provide for significant reductions in interest rates than conventional financing and may eliminate ad valorum real and personal property taxes.

Rolla Enterprise Zone offers real property tax abatement available for 100 % of the increased amount for 10 years! (Available only in specially designated areas).
City of St. James Industrial Park
